Purpose 

This Assessment will demonstrate the wider applicability of change theories by the Group considering and describing several theories of change and then focusing on analysing one change theory through giving an extended account of its’ characteristics, its’ perceived strengths and also its’ possible shortcomings as a framework for sense-making of observed change phenomena.

Description    
Groups will need to research a number of theories about change, briefly describe at least two but no more than three and then focus on one, providing further description and background to the theory before undertaking a critical analysis of the chosen focus theory.
The report and presentation will need to conclude with insights that the group has gained about change and how such theories can contribute to organisational productivity in the modern, global work environment.
