Currently, BNV has disjointed information systems that cause communication and tracking problems. Managers experience problems when trying to obtain information to guide strategic decisions. They find that queries for aggregated data take too long. The current systems only allow BNV to interact with suppliers and customers via fax (i.e. they fax their orders to the suppliers).

6. Suggest an information system that can address BNV's problems and describe two benefits that BNV can achieve from implementing the suggested information system.
