Review existing hardware technology. You are required to assess the capabilities of four of the company's stand-alone computers.

You should assess each computer on the following: 
• Memory 
• Processor 
• Operating system 
• Programs and applications 
• Monitor 
• Screen resolution 
• Graphics card 
• Sound card 

Make notes on your findings. 
4. Write a Hardware Technology Report Develop a report for the company's CEO that sets out the following: 
• Strategic goals of the organization as set oN in the business plan and discussed at the meeting, and their relevance to ICT.
• A summary of your assessment of the existing physical infrastructure. 
• A summary of the company's technology needs as discussed at the meeting. 
• What the industry standards are for the needed hardware and technology. 
• Suggested changes and additions to the existing physical infrastructure.

This should include an evaluation of what each staff member's computer will need in terms of

•  Processor speed o delivery  
•  RAM
•  Monitor
•  Network card
•  Operating System
•  Programs and applications 

• Give approximate prices for your suggestions. 
• If a server Is required, Mist Operating System, storage space, etc. Also, think about emerging technology needs and the new system that you have planned will meet these.

5. Prepare a draft of an email to the CEO (your assessor). T. text of the email should be in grammatically correct English, written in an appropriate (polite. business-like) style. It should mention the meeting that you had and summarise the contents of the attachment. The email text should seek their feedback and approval to move forward with the project.
