PowerPoint Assignment:

Task: Students will independently construct a presentation that explores a demonstration of communication in a healthcare setting. Students will watch an online video and then, in a PowerPoint presentation, critically reflect on the interpersonal dynamics in the video. Specifically, how well do you believe the health professionals communicated with the client? Do you believe the communication was effective? What were some strategies used for good communication between the health professional and client? What were some barriers to good communication between the health professional and client? As the video contains two health professionals (i.e., a Doctor and a Nurse), you are expected to reflect on both professionals’ communication. You are also expected to consider both verbal and non-verbal communication.
