This assessment task requires you to idenfy one (1) vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged group from the below choices through the Social Determinants of Health Model. You will then need to produce a short-wrien report and design a health promoo leaflet relevant to this group

A. Background: Idenfy and discuss the actual or potenal health impact the chosen vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged group is experiencing and support t with contemporary high-quality literature and current informacs (for example data from Australian Bureau of Stascs).

B. Discussion: Describe the high-quality resources you used to develop your health promoon leaflet. This will include sources related to the idenfied health impact of t vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged group (target for your health promoon). Choose one (1) of the following vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged groups: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; culturally and linguiscally diverse people; refugees; homeless.

C. Key stakeholder consultaon: Seek feedback from a member of the target audience o the content, clarity and cultural appropriateness of the developed leaflet and provide summary of this feedback (negave or posive). If you cannot access a reviewer speci to the target audience, you can have a colleague provide a review.
