1.44yr has a 16 yr old daughter child who was in love with a 29yr old man. The child never return home one weekend from friday -sunday and returned home wth the boyfriend on sunday. The child family assaulted the boyfriend and opened the case of Rape due to age difference.

Mother of child is Hiv positive

Child is born with hiv and on Arv but not aware she is positive and on Arv,for 1 year and unaware she is positive and on treatment,parent never told this child that she was born with hiv and treatment she is taking are Arv.They only told her the treatment she is taking is multivitamin and longstanding headache/migraine.

• During counselling mother refused the child to be tested for hiv.
• Mother refuse to inform the child of her status.
• She says she was not ready to inform the child of her status and treatment.
• Police arrested the boyfriend and detained the boyfriend.
• Boyfriend not aware the girlfriend is hiv positive.
• Condom was not used during sexual intercouse.
