4. Identify the stress management plan intent or goal; to prevent, reduce, or manage stress. 

5. Indicate and develop the various strategies that you will implement to address these stress issue/s. Include any resources required 

6. Identify the timeline for achievement and review of each strategy identified. 

7. Implement your stress management plan, applying the identified strategies.

8. Using the table below, identify four (4) strategies that you have implemented from your stress management plan. You must discuss what action you undertook to implement these  strategies and what the outcomes were, inclusive of any reduction in stress levels and  ‘emotions’ as a result.
