The student should take this opportunity to participate in all phases of the teaching role, including clinical and academic instruction in an area of specialization, and to experiment with different teaching methods.  The Master’s Project is the student’s opportunity to apply their passions, skills, innovation, and creativity to develop an educational project and disseminate the project in the nursing education setting. The Master’s Project is a large scale academic project in which the student selects a topic that both relates to their studies and/or their field of work. The results of the project must be disseminated and presented in the form of a final detailed written report. The student must adhere to APA citation guidelines.
  1. It is recommended that the teaching project be implemented in the classroom by the date in the syllabus in order to submit all sections of the paper and the final paper timely without point penalty.
  2. Each section will be reviewed and graded. It is the student’s responsibility upon return receipt of each submission to read the recommendations and make the appropriate revisions.
