How to Calibrate a Model with Current and Water Level Data Assignment

It is on how to calibrate a model when we have current data and water level data. Like, what all do we need to check if the data is okay (seeing current peed, direction and depth data for particular location).

And I have some calibration criteria.

So, how to work that out also. I do have data with me. Would be great if you could show me an example.

I am using MIKE software. But running the model I can do! For the rest of calibration excel would do.
