Introduction

The introduction, which is no more than 2 pages in length, restates the project question and makes a strong case for why the project is important. It clearly describes the aspect of the problem the participant plans to study and briefly explains how the problem will be approached.

Description

You may choose to discuss the assignment and share ideas with other groups. However, writing up and completing the work must be done individually. To be safe, always cite the source of any information you use in completing an assignment, whether that information comes from books, anywhere on the internet, or from other groups.

Capstone Part 1

This week, you will be working on the first part of the Capstone.

You are required to develop and submit a project proposal. In the proposal, you are required to state the motivation of the study, your project objective and a specific management decision problem you wish to study, a brief explanation of the previous literature done on the topic, proposed methodology, source of data and contribution of the project. The proposal should state the project question and makes a strong case for why the project is important. It clearly describes the aspect of the problem and briefly explains how the problem will be approached.

The proposal will carry 10 marks. Your grade will be calculated based on the following guidelines.

Capstone Part 2

For this, you need to collect secondary data, develop project instruments for your project, identify a list of questions, conduct a primary survey, code the data and carry out the required analysis and tabulate the findings. Remember to note down the progress of your project from time to time. This will help you the submissions of this part.

As a part of this assignment, you need to create three brief progressive reports at regular intervals throughout the course, which you will submit in the designated week.
Please note: All work should be typed in Times New Roman 12-point font. One and a half spacing (except on works cited pages which should be single-spaced) and one-inch margins should be used. Deviation from these requirements will result in a reduction of points earned.

Capstone Part 3

In this week, you will be working on the last part of the Capstone.

Your final project report should include all the components as per the previous description along with background information and methodology as well as some additional components including a title and abstract, an introduction, data, analysis, findings, discussion, limitations of the study, and a conclusion.

A soft copy of the entire work along with tabulated raw data, analysis output and a copy of the project report is to be submitted.
