The purpose of this assignment is to analyze and critique job advertisements used in the recruitment process by applying the knowledge of legislation and human resource practices covered in the course. You are challenged to design your own job advertisement and obtain quotes for posting it.

Requirements:
1. Collect four job advertisements from a variety of media sources (two good ads and two poor ads). List source and date of each job advertisement. Provide an explanation of why you rated them good or poor. You may analyze any aspect of the advertisement that you deem appropriate. Some of the areas to analyze include:

 Is the advertisement compliant with applicable legislation?
 Are there spelling errors?
 How is the layout?
 Is it eye-catching?
 Is enough information included regarding job description (job summary, job duties and responsibilities, and job specifications/qualifications or minimum requirements)?

 Was the advertisement placed in the appropriate media in order to attract the best pool of qualified applicants?

2. Design a job advertisement for a Recruiter. You should create a unique company name and you may choose to design a company logo. Provide the date, name and contact number of the people you speak with regarding quotes. Once you obtain your quotes, decide where you will post your advertisement and explain your choice.
