Now that you are working at Future Technologies the CEO gives you 56 CVs which were sent to him in application of the position of Finance Director. The CEO asks you design the selection process which should be followed to select the new Finance Director.

Write an email to the CEO and Management Committee to inform them of the selection process which Future Technologies will follow in selecting a Finance Director.

You have been invited to represent Future Technologies at the 'HR in the Technology Industry Conference' where you have been asked to deliver a speech on structured interviews and reference checks.
