In Week 12, you will deliver a 5 to 7 minute presentation to the class summarising your experience of working on a change management project. Your presentation will be supported by a slide deck (no more than 10 slides including a cover slide and references) submitted to Turnitin. To help develop your reflections consider answering the following questions:
• the theory you covered and how it was applied
• how did the self-facilitated discussions and workshops done in class help in developing a clearer understanding?
• what challenges did you experience?
• what is your understanding of change management as a result of your experience?

Assessment Instructions

Submission: In-class oral presentation. Slide decks can be in PDF and submit to Turnitin by the due date.
