This particular study will focus on car manufacturing industry of Australia, for this reason, this study will give the proper insight into the present situation of this industry. The research work will identify the HRM issues that are associated with cars manufacturing industry and have affected the success of this industry. It also will be purposeful to know about HRM practices of Ford in Australia and the effect of the same on employees and business. However, there are some limitations in this study, as it will not provide any information about other factors that have taken vital place in conked out of car manufacturing industry of Australia. Technical issues, financial issues, and business environment also are vital aspects that can influence the business success of car manufacturing industry. Questions: 1) What is the population of interest and what sampling frame will be used? How will sampling be conducted? What is the target sample size? 2) How will the data be collected, mail survey, online distribution, face-to-face? Motivate your choice. 3) How do you propose to analyse the data? 4) What are the ethical implications of your research, and how will they be addressed?
