Your report should outline how the HR practices of this company have been affected by external environmental factors (such as the COVID pandemic and the outcome of the US Election).
• Your report will also provide recommendations on how the company should adjust its HR strategy in future in light of the significant environmental forces affecting both Australia and the US.
