The Blockhouse Bay loans company requires a program that calculates the total due and the instalments payable (both rounded to two decimal places) on a loan ($1,000.00 to $10,000.00 inclusive) for one year. The number of instalments can be either 3, 6, 9 or 12 and the interest rate is 10% for loans of $1,000.00 to $4,999.99 inclusive and 8% for loans of $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 inclusive.
