Ms. Srishti, from a large consulting firm, has collected data on employees from various professions. The data has been collected around personal characteristics, their personality, and other details pertaining to their job. Now, you, as a team of analysts are here to help Ms. Srishti in working with the data analysis.

The following are the tasks for you:

1. Help Srishti formulate a research question(s) to begin with, since right now she just has data with her.

2. Check the nature of the data for each variable along with descriptive statistics.

3. Help her choose the appropriate method from all that was discussed in HR analytics module to do the analysis. (this method choice shall flow from research questions).

4. Create a simple dashboard with the data for a nice visualization

Recently, Ms. Srishti also was able to gain access to three exit interview transcripts. The transcripts are available in .txt format. She realized that your team knows text mining and could help her analyse the text data. So, you put your text mining knowledge to work and help her mine something useful from the data.
