In your organisation, identify an employee and assist your line manager to set up a personal development plan for the identified employee. The plan should include training needs, suggested intervention(s) to be applied for each training need as well as who is responsible for each training need.

Analyse the current diversity statistics of your organisation (use the organisation identified in Module 1, Question 1) and draw up a table indicating your findings. From this analysis, write up suggested change initiatives in line with legal requirements of how any inequalities in diversity are to be managed to rectify the situation. If you find that your chosen organisation is satisfactory in terms of diversity, explore how such a state can be maintained and protected. Make sure you quote the relevant Acts in
your documentation.
