Background

You may choose between: 

1. Developing the overall strategic plan for the implementation of a quality-based approach for managing an organisational problem or process within a business. 

2. Developing a strategy and processes within an organisation or business for effectively creating groups. This group process will show groups how to identify real problems and solution of quality/innovation concepts within an organisation. 

3. A quality or innovation issue of your choice.  

In all three above situations, you will have to identify the organisation in which the project is going to take place (real or fictitious), this will include limitation and boundaries to the problem under investigation. Your group will provide a detailed strategic intervention program aimed at improving organisational performance through the involvement of individuals within the organisation.  You will provide a platform for this intervention from a theorist’s perspective or combination of theorists.
