Task: This is an Individual Assignment. In the Mid-Semester Assignment you have to read the case provided in Canvas and prepare a written case analysis about firm’s international business strategy in China (minimum 2000 words, maximum 3000). References, tables, figures, and appendix are not included in word count. The case analysis should involve the following components: - Briefly summarize the case - Present a short history of the company featured in the case including its internationalization process starting with the first steps abroad until today (make sure to provide information that goes beyond the information already provided about the company in the cases). - Provide detailed analysis and practical suggestions for focal firm’s international business in China.
