Jim, himself, is relatively inexperienced with the application as he only views the reports in “Business Solution”. As an IT specialist, you are very familiar with the operating system, software and hardware issues, but only somewhat familiar with the “Business Solution”. Your client calls the Support Centre Jim calls you at 4 pm reporting that his file server and application server where “Business Solution” installed is no longer providing services. He restarted the server and try to access, but he got no access to the server. He, however, got no error message in his computer screen. Jim offers no further information.
