Describe a process or procedure from your workplace or write an instruction manual for a piece of equipment or process that is used in your workplace.
The document must be written in the active voice and use the techniques and skills you have covered in your course so far.
Try to choose an item that could be useful for yourself or others in your workplace.
Remember to ask yourself ‘why am I writing’ and ‘what am I trying to achieve?’ and show that you have used the standard documentation process, which consists of the following steps:
