• Your trainer will use an Assessment Checklist to assess your project. Your trainer may also ask you questions regarding this project.
• You must complete all tasks to the satisfaction of the assessor. Once completed you must hand you project in to the training centre by email, Australian Post or by hand. You can also upload your document through the Portal on the Student Management System. You will get an email acknowledging that we have received it. • If it is not yet satisfactory you will be given feedback so you can make amendment and re-submit.

Describe a process or procedure from your workplace or write an instruction manual for a piece of equipment or process that is used in your workplace.
The document must be written in the active voice and use the techniques and skills you have covered in your course so far.
Try to choose an item that could be useful for yourself or others in your workplace.
Remember to ask yourself ‘why am I writing’ and ‘what am I trying to achieve?’ and show that you have used the standard documentation process, which consists of the following steps:
