Using your review as a basis, contribute to the development of a code of ethics and monitor the workplace to ensure code of ethics is being applied and is appropriate by re-writing the code in line with stakeholder feedback and review against industry practices. The Code of  Ethics must also take into account relevant health and safety legislation.  

Evaluate the organisation's Privacy Policy in line with the new Code of Ethics. Ensure the  policy is being applied and is appropriate. Mention and make any changes required to the  Code of Ethics to ensure the privacy policy is integrated and in line with the code and to ensure  that the organisation maintains integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. 

Distribute the new Code and collect feedback from stakeholders. Revise the Code in line with  collected feedback and produce as a final version.
