You are required to plan a project to upgrade the existing network and prepare for the implementation of the new 5G-NR technology and the adoption of IoT services.

You are required to develop a project management plan and present the plan to the project sponsor, the company CEO, Clara Oswald. You will be provided with a range of documents to assist you in your work.
