Communication Assignment

Questions- Scenario: Imagine you are trying to develop a research question but you only really know the general area you want to look at (for example, culture and identity), rather than a specific question. To help, you go to the library and put your keywords into the catalogue in order to find a peer reviewed  article or book that might help you develop a question. Identify at least one helpful article returned by your search. Develop a discussion paper, poster or presentation on a contemporary topic / issue of interest which provides the following:

• an introduction that identifies your area of interest and why it is worth exploring
• a literature review that shows in-depth research on the topic using eight peer reviewed, academic sources, and which identifies the gaps in the knowledge
• a reference list that includes at least six to eight peer reviewed, academic sources

Your research can take one of the following forms:

1. a 2100-word discussion paper using appropriate academic writing conventions
2. a poster using appropriate visual communication conventions, accompanied by an annotated bibliography
3. a video using appropriate audio-visual communication conventions, accompanied by an annotated bibliography
