At the time it was not known how long this would be for, but it became apparent that working at home was going to become a long term way of working. Staff were asked to use their own personal equipment or issued laptops which were not onginally intended for this purpose. 
Now it has become apparent that working at home is a long term way of working and the directors have asked you as the Health and Safety Manager to write a report to: 
• Identify both the mental and physical issues of staff working at home long term.

• Consider solutions to these issues

• Discuss any relevant legislation andior guidance 
Marks will be allocated as follows: 
1 Structure of report. logical in approach. fluency of writing. 10% appropriate word count 
2 Appropriate source material used and referenced 10010 
3 Content of assignment: analysis and evaluation of topic. and 80% prioritisation of issues 
The report will be no more than 2500 words.
