She has coarse expiratory wheezes throughout both lung fields with decreased breath sounds at the right base of chest. Her oxygen saturation at room air is 87%, colour is ashen and has dark circles under his eyes. She is sitting in upright position and using respiratory accessory muscles for breathing.
