You willneed to estimate the costs of your proposed changes (internet searches are acceptable – beware CDN vs US funds!). You can also assume a single piece will sell for $5. Remember that there are going to be a lot of intangible costs that are hard to quantify with a number like above, but can be included as selling features within your plan like reduced employee turnover (ie saving on training), less absenteeism, lower costs on corporate health insurance premiums, higher employee satisfaction ect.
