Summary of leadership style: Identify the leader of that workplace and try to identify what type of leader he or she was. What leadership characteristics do or did they show? What form of leadership did they rely on? How does their leadership style manifest itself? [s_6]
A critical evaluation of this leadership style: Once you have identified their leadership style and its impact on the workplace, it's time to take a more critical approach. What effects does this leader have on the workforce as a direct result of the style they are using?
