Guideline for presentation of the implementation strategy

1. Introduction (approx. 300 words) o Provide the background to/justification for the Implementation strategy (eg no more than 100 word brief synopsis of the Evidence-Based Practice Brief) o Briefly describe the i-PARIHS framework o Provide a brief outline of the implementation strategy.

2. Framework application (approx. 1500 words) o Describe how the domains of the i-PARIHS framework (facilitation, innovation, recipients and context) have been/will be operationalised in your implementation strategy o Describe how the i-PARIHS facilitation role and dimensions ('Clarify and engage'. 'Assess and measure'. 'Action and implementation' and 'Review and share') have been/will be operationalised in your implementation strategy.

3. Analysis of supporting (enablers) and restraining factors (barriers) (approx. 500 words) o Justify and describe the approaches you have/will take to analyse potential barriers and enablers to your practice change or improvement.

4. Implementation and monitoring of best practice (approx. 500 words) o Justify and describe the approaches you have taker/will take to implementation and monitoring of best practice (the practice associated with your practice change or improvement).
