You are the International Manager of a newly formed International division of a well-established Australian seafood producer. Your company is planning to expand into Asia and want you to consider several options and prepare a Management plan to be submitted to the company CEO to the Board of Directors for consideration. 

Write a 2500-word Management Plan that:

1. Presents a background to the chosen domestic operation (Choose a current well-established seafood company and research its development and current financial and operational status)

2. Selects a country for expansion consideration.

3. Presents a political, legal, financial, environmental and cultural analysis of the chosen country.
4. Selects and recommends a strategy formulation for the expansion.
5. Recommends an entry strategy, explaining your rationale for your choice. (Export, licensing, franchising, joint venture, purchase, merger.) Target customers. Value proposition. Value delivery partnerships.
6. Recommend a high-level organizational design.
7. Recommend a proposed organisational structure and the necessary organizational cultural elements to incorporate into the international operation expansion.
