Introduction

This research paper is mainly focused on how IT services has been improved after introduction of Cloud computing. For this research I need to go through the IT department of companies, what was the scenario of IT department before and after cloud computing came in the picture.

Description

Cloud computing helps the overall management of all sorts of customer data and consumer information. Moreover, cloud computing services are also responsible for strengthening the privacy and confidentiality of the overall data sets and bases. Moreover, it also helps to scale the business operations and flexibility of the IT firms. In this way, it is possible for an IT sector to increase the infrastructure and productivity. Cloud computing also helps to interpret all the data in a systematic way. In this way, it is possible for an IT firm to manage more productivity under low cost. Aim and objectives Aim The main aim of this research is to critically evaluate the growth and development of the IT services of different technical companies through the application of cloud computing services.

Objectives

• To determine the challenges faced by IT sectors to implement cloud computing
• To critically identify the significance of cloud computing on IT services
• To recommend strategies to overcome the challenges in cloud computing
• Discussion of current scenario of the IT services based on cloud computing

Methodology

Here, I will describe the problem that IT sector is facing and the development of IT Field that helps as a solution for that problem.

Problem

The main issue associated with the contemporary business operations is the lack of proper privacy and confidentiality in the overall databases of different IT organizations. In most cases, IT sector fail to manage all information and data of the consumers due the latest technology and considerations being used by externals to hack the consumer data and its breach. In this way, the IT organizations are facing real time issues and challenges because of the decreasing interest and trust of the consumers. Moreover, lack of data backup, disaster management, and improper business continuity are also some significant challenges faced by the IT sectors due to less privacy in the data and use of limited technology.
