My idea is to delve deeper into how PPPs can help the Lebanese Municipalities (development countries) to improve its sustainability during the economic crisis

• Depending on my Professor’s questions to get his approval on my topic, first I need to define if I would cover PPP:
• which level - as the concept for the whole macroeconomy or PPP i or particular project?
• Sector - if I would cover economy or particular sector?
• If Lebanon has already some PPP practice, would I cover it?
• If not, would I refer to some practices of public procurement and then PPP as potential solution?
