MMU staff, students and regular visitors must register their vehicles with the university. In MMU, parking lots are limited and some areas are reserved for university staffs only. In other cases, management staffs such as the Deans will have their own specific parking lots. Besides car park, there are parking lots for motorcycles. Motorcycles are not allowed to be parked at car parking lots, and cars are not allowed to be parked at motorcycle parking lots. However, management staffs can park their motorcycle in their own designated parking lots. For huge vehicles such as buses and lorries, they are not allowed to be parked at any area in the university.

Based on the above statement of problem, basically there are three main classes (you can add more):
Person class with subclass Staff and Students
Vehicle class with subclass car, motorcycle, bus and lorry.
Parking Lot with 4 types; manager Lot, staffLot, general Lot, motorcycle Lot.

Every vehicle must have an owner.
A person can own many vehicles.
An ordinary staff can be appointed as a management staff.
Once the management appointment is over, a management staff will become an ordinary staff again.
Students can only park at general area; either car park lot or motorcycle lot.
Staff can park at staff parking lot and general parking lot; either car park lot or motorcycle lot.
Management staff can park at the dedicated lot.
