The aim of the assignment is to increase cadastral map accuracy. Firstly, an Affine transformation need to be implemented by creating links from parcel corners to correct_coordinates(permanent survey marks). A Parcel Fabric was created in ArcGIS Pro 2.8. The study area includes a few parcels that do not have high accuracies as represented below. Permanent marks that are represented with green are existing permanent marks on cadastral map(without any changes). Affine tranformation is implemented by connecting parcel corners to corrected_coordinates(red). But, I am not sure whether I calculated these coordinates correctly based on survey plans. RMSE that is obtained from Afiine transformation is coming so high(8 m).  Secondly, Least square adjustment needs to be implemented to adjust parcels after Affine transformation. Links are created from parcel corners to permanent marks based on survey plans to do this adjustment.
