Select a current issue related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, different from those previously explored in Assignments 1 and 3. Write a reflection of words that describe your journey of exploring the chosen topic area.

Critically engage with the chosen topic using a variety of resources including academic material (eg journal articles), media (e.g. newspaper articles, social media posts), as well as at least 4 readings from below.

1. Personally reflect on your new understanding of the topic area in relation to your role as a teacher of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and

2. The impact that your understanding of the chosen issue will have on your teaching career.
