Background of the project

1. Provide a toilet i.e Individual House Hold Latrine (IHHL) to every rural house hold, which did not have a toilet in the Alwar District.

2. Provide a toilet in Urban Jaipur in houses without a toilet as per the list provided by the Govt

3. Provide a girls’ toilet to rural Govt schools identified by the Govt, which does not have a toilet for girls.

4. Special project with Jaipur police Commissionerate where Ladies toilets were provided in thanas, police stations etc

5. Partnership with Govt to provide toilets in Jaipur where the program on ground was led by the Govt

6. Behavioral change effort was led by partner to be achieved in the form of demand for toilets (habit change)
