City Hospital, a multi-specialty hospital, prides on providing excellent medical services to their patients. This hospital consists of various specialised wards like oncology, ICU, Surgical, maternity etc. Because of the prevailing COVID 19 pandemic and increasing public health needs, the hospital authorities want to develop an information system in order to automate their day to day activities for improved services to their patients and staff. The main goal of designing a new system is to provide various functionalities to keep the hospital running smoothly and manage required information effectively.

The admin and medical staff should be able to provide timely services to their patients in all conditions. The system should also allow staff and management to generate and view customised reports for the proposed system.

Overall the system is required to have the following features for a variety of users.
• Administration Operations (Creating, deleting, updating, searching patients, doctors, services)
• Ward Management operations (Information about wards includes ward number, name, facilities, number of beds and associated cost)
• Clinical management operations( record of patient’s clinical condition, GP referrals, Prescription medicine, admissions into the concerned ward, discharges the patient)
• Payment processing functions (Processing payments related to tests charges, operation charges (if any), doctor’s charges and bed charges, Issuing online receipts)
• Login Management functions (Creating or removing system users)
• Report Generation functionalities (Generating reports of repairs, mechanics, customers etc.

1. Use Case Diagram: Provide the name and complete description (see Appendix A for description table template) of main use cases for the proposed system and draw a use case diagram. Only one use case diagram and description is needed.

2. Activity Diagram: Provide an activity diagram for any use case identified above

3. Sequence Diagram : Provide one sequence diagram related to the case study

4. Domain Model Class Diagram: Provide a domain model class diagram for the system

5. State Machine Diagram: Provide one state machine diagram for the system

6. User Interface : Provide a final user interface design using dialog and screen prototypes for any of the use case listed above.

7. Conclusion: Clearly define and describe your findings in few words represented by each diagram related to the case study and use accurate technical language, abbreviations and symbols.
