Assessment Task 1: Individual Reflection and AT3 Group Plan

This task is a written summary and reflection of two or three critical incidents that have occurred as a result of your participation in any of the teamwork activities you have engaged in as a result of this unit.  You must connect your described incidents to your readings.  In other words, you must attempt to explain the cause and effects of the incident through the ideas and theories you have read about.  As with Assessment Task 1, you must also position your analysis with regard to your own personal teamworking abilities, both now and in the future.  You must refer to your notes from teamwork meetings by using the in text citations (personal communication, date, 2020) or (team meeting, date, 2020). Finally, you are required to submit one completed AT3 Team Plan as an appendix to your assignment.  A template for your group to fill out is linked below.  Only one plan is required per group, so everyone in that group must submit the same version as their appendix.  This assignment assumes that you have been taking an active role in your own learning and have identified and been working on some learning goals regarding teamwork through the ungraded self and peer assessments. You may use the words I, you, we, our and us in your assignment, but please strive for a formal academic tone wherever possible.

Instructions
Preparatory work completed from the beginning of this unit feeds into this assignment.  Therefore, please make sure you have attended and taken notes in your team meetings, and  taken screen shots of note-worthy correspondence between yourself and your team, within the MS-Teams app. 
 you will also need to have a meeting about, and contribute to the completion of AT3 Team Plan template for your team, to attach as an Appendix.
Then, pick up to three critical incidents from your team work so far.  This can be anything note-worthy that affected you, that you learned or that you had an a-ha or eureka or oh crap moment about, either by participating in the group activities in seminars, or participating in your teamwork for AT3.  If you have one really significant incident you can write about in depth, that's fine, two or three incidents are also fine, as long as you are demonstrating your learning of teamwork.

In your assignment, you should focus on a balance of roughly one third descriptive statements, one third analytical statements and one third reflective statements.  You need to demonstrate active participation in the unit.  You can do this by

• Referring to concepts covered in the unit readings and using them to explain your incident(s)
• demonstrating insights into your own personal learning and development, challenges and how you are tackling or celebrating them
• demonstrating that you can be objective, professional, calm and move forward in a constructive fashion
• citing your team members, focusing on actions and behaviours, not the person or people.
