Students will be required to focus upon a selection of topics which look at innovative and practical solutions to organizational problems by applying psychological theories taught in the module. Students will be required to work in small groups of 4, and produce a 2,000 word essay and a 400 word reflection report on team working. Feedback will be provided from tutors.
