Rather than considering each individual data point, the data is gathered into bins representing a range of values so that while some information may be lost about the individual data points, more information about the overall distribution of the data values can be observed. For example, the ages of a population might be broken up into 5 year intervals to help summarize the age distribution; or the marks of a class might be broken up into 3 mark intervals to visualize the spread of results. 

In this task you will create an interactive data binning program. Your program should:

• Read data from a (user-specified) file, and then

• Interact with the user via a simple menu interface, allowing them to:

  • specify the size of the bins to be used

  • display the frequency analysis based on the current bin size

  • save the results to a file
