Instructions:

1. Choose members of you group (min 3 - max 4 people);

2. Assure that each member of your group is of a different nationality;

3. Jointy choose your topic from the list below;

4. As a team, develop a thesis on your chosen topic:

a) compare and contrast how you would act in the selected situation,

b) present the view from at least three various cultures.

5. Prepare a presentation for a class on May 24:

a) a virtual poster which you will discus live,

b) a published video to watch in class,

c) a published podcast to listen to in class,

d) a slidestack (pictures only, no text) with a recorded voiceover or presented live,

e) as an interview, f) through role playing with visual materials.

7. The entire class will participate in grading the presentation - prepare to ask and answer questions;

8. When submitting the presentation to your course leader, you must provide a script which goes together with the presentation in a form of links or files. The script will show a logical line of thought behind the thesis guiding your presentation, expressed in concise bullet points.

9. Each presentation must include information what sources you used to make your case. Your general knowledge and experience is not enough in this case. Feel free to use resources cited in the course presentations. However, in your research for the project, you MUST include at least THREE relevant sources, such as articles you used or cited. 10. The presentation will be graded according to these criteria: a) Content - an extent to which the presentation used the concept covered in the class,

b) Clarity - how you organise your arguments in the presentation and the scrip;

c) Accuracy of the information presented;

d) Articulation – organisation and articulation of your oral presentation, as well as the degree to which you engaged your audience during the class on May 24;

e) Please note that you will be graded jointly as this is a cooperative assignment.
