Non-Conformance: is defined as the incidence of an event or the presence of contradicting information that doesn’t comply with the S.O.P. in place. This can include the staff being incompetent to conduct a certain procedure, or incompatibility of the S.O.P. with the current up to date scientific evidence that may endanger the desired outcomes and negatively result in poorer quality results.
