Write A Project Proposal for the following task

Design a data processing system for the analysis of customer experience and satisfaction. The system should be used by a company (of your invention) which is capable to collect the following data from customers :

1. Name, surname, gender, birthdate, social insurance code

2. Complete log of purchased items/services from the company (date, time, cost,)

3. Complete log of items/services related customer feedback/assistance requests

4. Facebok profile ID (when and if given by the customer)

5. Customer’s direct relatives if they are customers of the company
