1 Quantum Error Correcting Codes for teleportation and quantum computers 

Transmitting qubits through teleportation is not wholly reliable. Same for information stored in a quantum memory. We use error correcting codes to tackle this difficulty, drawing from classical error correctin codes like parity check codes.
