       • Discuss and write the specification of the projects which will include:

1. Analysis of the business organization, define any problems, possibilities or constraints (Business Rules)

       Part 2: Conceptual Design

       • Identify entities and the attributes

       • Identify Relationships (considering mandatory, optional, one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many relationships)

       • Develop the Entity – Relationship diagram

       Part 3: Logical Design

       • Translate the Entity – Relationship diagram into Relational Schema

       • Normalize the tables.

       Part 4: Physical Design and Implementation

       • Using Microsoft Office Access, implement the tables, primary keys, foreign keys, specify the integrity constraints, etc.

        • Create several queries to demonstrate the functionality of the database. Use different/combination of  clause, operators and functions.

       • Create Switchboard to navigate through the database.

       Part 5: Documentation

       • Report of the project should include the following:
