Background to the Problem
Artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems.AI is broad branch of computer science and the goal of AI is to create system that can intelligently and independently.AI is the most powerful and most transformative that human have ever had access to. Key impacts are, Jobs will change and be transformed there was study that AI could potential replace many jobs but what was interesting is that it could also create more new jobs. We will definitely see people losing their jobs and jobs becoming redundant and being transformed by AI but also see huge new opportunities. Automation is linked to jobs but it’s about business processes and processes in society, example self-driving cars, robots that move by themselves, ships that autonomously cross oceans, self-flying autonomous passenger drones. We see more and more of our processes being automated by smart intelligent machines that use AI. It is not just physical labour but also white collar automation that is fast tracked at the moment where we are re-envisioning jobs like lawyers, medics and others to think we can now automatically write and review legal contracts.
What we need to do as individual is we need to think about what this technology can now do and what this mean for our jobs, and not necessarily the job we do at the moment but how might our jobs change in the future and what roles we are currently do and AI can do in the future.
 

Problem Statement
How AI improves ERP software, While ERP systems have always been able to integrate various functions within an organization, AI takes this integration to the next level by analysing large amounts of data making predictions and suggesting next steps. Beneficial impact of AI within an ERP besides automation, The AI in ERP system provide actionable insights into data that enable organisation to improve their operational efficiency.AI is now capable of evaluating hundreds of demand forecasting models and can clearly read across key numbers. This data would then help in decision pertaining to supply chain management, new product introduction, demand fluctuation and thereby skew the results accordingly.
Research Objectives
 

The objective of this research is:

• To identify the types of training that employees should receive before and after the implementation of AI within an organisation.
• To investigate the benefits and challenges of implementing AI within an organisation.
• To propose recommendations for overcoming challenges that may arise with the implementation of AI within an organisation.

• The total number of the target population is 30 staff members from the Information Technology Department. This target population was chosen because of their expertise in IT.

• For the qualitative research method, the total number of the target population should ideally be 30 and the sample size should be 28 (according to the sample size table reflected on the Website shown below). Thus, the sample size in this research is 28.
