Section A is focused on the psychometrics part of the module. In this instance, refer to the work covered in Study Units 1 to 10.

b) Company XYZ contacts you to conduct an intervention in the workplace. Employees are demotivated, fatigued, and often ill. After consulting with a sample of employees, you realise that their job demands (e.g. work load, role conflict) are high, and that they do not have the necessary job resources (e.g. supervisory support, advancement opportunities, job security) to combat the strain due to these demands. You decide to use a survey to determine the consequences of the strain on employees.
