For this task you must design a floor plan for your classroom for the subject that you will be teaching. Your design must support constructivist principles. Include relevant resources in your floor plan.

For your own teaching, Mary asked you to conduct some research into the different types of group work.

• Conduct independent research and select the type of group work that you would like to try.

• Copy and paste the link for a reading for that type of group work.

• In your own words, explain what it entails and how you will implement it in your IP subject for a specific lesson. Thus, you will need to refer to your CAPS document and include the subject, grade, topic, and lesson objectives.

• Describe how Discussion can be used as a teaching strategy with the type of group work that you selected.

• Your response may take any format, but a table is recommended to help you organise your information.

Question 3: Technology tools for teaching 

Consider the type of group work that you selected for Task 2.

1. Explain how you could integrate technology tools to support your selected type of group work.

2. Conduct some research. Select and provide an explanation of 2 technology tools that you could use for your selected group work.

3. Motivate for their suitability and include some strategies for implementation for your selected group work.

4. Include a screenshot and link for each tool.
