Internal Code: MAS5468 Law Assignment: Case Study : In the recent years, Australia has liberated its visa and migration laws in order to increase the labour force in the market. However, with the increased availability of the workforce, the working conditions of the workforce has declined. The issue is especially prominent among the migrant worker who works under the “radar” working holidays or under a student visa. These workers come to Australia to work at low-skill jobs at very low rates. However, there is evidence that many agent and employers provide unhygienic and inappropriate working conditions to them (PROVIDE REFERENCE). These workers are paid a meagre amount at infrequent intervals. The lodging and food arrangements for these workers are also not proper. The primary reason for this adverse situation of the workers is that the government has not developed appropriate policies for the Australian government to oversee the employment conditions of these workers, it has failed to provide a strong and new regulatory response. The primary victims of this adverse situation are non-Anglo workers working in Australia. However, their working conditions can be improved by transformation, implement some incentive plan and so on. It is commonly observed that those less skilled are abused by bosses; in connection to workers being compelled to work for delayed hours. Therefore, in order to rectify all these issues, it is important to do this research for the benefits of domestic Australia and overseas workers. Over the years, some policies have been changed as well as incentives for improving the conditions of employers. Therefore, research is essential and at the end of research, analysis named " content analysis" is carried out. The reason being content analysis is an effective method used in learning about communication researches and experiments. It includes methodical scrutinizing or perception of writings (some of the time called codes) to show the nearness of interesting, important examples as well as patterns. In the wake of making a huge arrangement of writings, a scientist can measurably appraise the extents of examples in the writings, and also connections between examples or patterns. Hence, it is an interview-based research (communication-based) content research is implemented (Neuendorf, 2016). Questions: 1) What are the current labour conditions in the Australian marketplace? 2) Does the lack of government policies regarding the rights of the foreign workers has adversely impacted on their working conditions? 3) How can government policies be improved to increase the health and safety conditions of the migrant workers in the country? 4) How can new visa rules affecting business in Australia be resolved? 5) Is it possible to improve the conditions of non-Anglo workers? If yes, then how? 6)  What are the ways to increase migration of international students in South Australia or Tasmania?
